Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original packaging with tags/labels intact
- In the same condition as received
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@epocketkart.co.in with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back.
- Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Epocketkart will bear the return shipping charges.
- For other reasons (e.g., change of mind, size issues), the customer will need to bear the return shipping cost.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
